Reservations for dining can be made online for one to sixteen guests with reservations available 3 months prior to the dining date.
For larger parties, please contact our team directly.
We collect credit card details as a guarantee for your reservation. Your card will not be charged unless you don’t show up, change the number of guests last-minute or cancel less than 24 hours before your arrival time. In such cases, a $25/per person fee will be charged.
We also hold the right to charge for any damages caused by you or your guests to our property.
Bookings made on our website will be held for 20 minutes only. After that, the reservation will be open to others, and the no-show fee charged.
Please note, we do not take bookings via social media or the phone.

Time Allocation: We allocate a 2-hour window for each booking.
Property Damage: Any damage caused to The Lost Cow property by the organiser or guests may result in a fee being charged.
Surcharges: Applies to all public holidays.
Booking: You can make an instant reservation online. Please note, we do not take phone reservations or reservations over our social media platforms, as these are not continually monitored.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel any reservation as we are a regional venue and no-shows are not easily replaced and risk the loss of your deposit.
Changes: Existing reservations cannot be guaranteed and will be accommodated only when the requested table size, date, and time are available. Existing reservations cannot be guaranteed if these parameters change.
Dietaries: Please let us know of any dietary requirements or preferences upon arrival to your booking.
Children: Throughout our short time, the Lost Team has been honored to host generations of family celebrations. While always welcome, children dining at The Lost Cowe are the responsibility of their parent or guardian and are to remain seated at their table at all times.
In fairness to other diners, we ask that children remain seated, quiet, and under parental control at all times. We reserve the right to request that babies and toddlers be taken outside to be soothed.
Unfortunately, we do not have an allocated children’s menu and we are unable to accommodate prams and highchairs in the dining area when the restaurant is fully booked, particularly over peak periods. There is simply no space in the dining area. We highlight that we do not have in-house highchairs available.
